How long does it take to build a pool?
It depends on the size, the site and permits. We give you a schedule before work starts and keep you updated at every stage, from excavation to the first fill.
Can you remodel my existing pool instead of replacing it?
Usually, yes. If the shell is sound, we can resurface it, retile, replace the coping, update the equipment and change the deck around it.
Do you handle the pool permits?
Yes. We prepare the plans and handle the pool permit and inspections, including the barrier and safety requirements.
Can you build a pool on a sloped lot?
Yes. On a slope the pool may need engineering, deeper foundations or retaining walls, and we coordinate that with the engineer from the start.
