Every project follows the same sequence: a free on-site consultation with a preliminary scope, timeline and budget; design planning with 3D renderings; permit applications and approvals; construction managed by your dedicated project manager; and a final walkthrough against your approved scope.

Yes. We collaborate with architects and engineers and manage 100% of the permitting process: applications, plan check, inspections and final signoff.

Usually a building permit for structural changes, additions and major reconfigurations; an electrical permit for new circuits, panel upgrades or wiring; a plumbing permit for changes to supply lines, drains or fixtures; and a mechanical permit for HVAC and ventilation. We handle all of them, through to final signoff.

Every city has its own building department, inspection schedules and code interpretations. A licensed contractor who works across LA and Orange County brings the code knowledge and trade network that keeps your project moving and your permits approved.

It varies with region, scope and materials. As a rough guide, cabinetry and hardware take 30-40% of a typical budget, installation labor about 20%, appliances and fixtures 15-20%, countertops 10-15%, flooring 7-10%, electrical and plumbing 10-15%, and lighting, permits and the rest 10-15%.
